This is a nice plastic knee puck for pants or suits and they are well made. They are medium weight but strong sliders. These are for racing or draging, training and specially for sprinters. Hard plastic material that doesn't stick to the ground and is more friction resistant than other available materials. This blend of plastics offer the best feel and life for the money.
