Comment: I have wanted to try Omaha Steaks since they sent ne an advertisement for a trial sampler box for $50.00. But never did. I do like the Omaha Steaks products. And they are still in the chilled condition when they arrive by UPS. They make a nice treat. Kinda like Gevalia coffees seemed like a sunday treat to me.

Comment: Great taste and no little chunks of hard gritty fat in it like you get at the locker or the grocer. Very lean. Holds together well when grilling.
