Comment: Ordered batteries for a different phone. WebProCommerce canceled my order with no explanation. This is not an acceptable practice and by no means conducive to impressing new customers with WebProCommerce's services nor does it build confidence in their reliability.

I have placed a larger order with another supplier. In a way, I am glad it was canceled as I read other reviews of the quality of merchandise received from others whom have dealt with this company.

In all fairness, I suppose it's possible that Amazon did not convey a reason they were provided, but I have had nothing but excellent service from Amazon in all of my experiences.

Comment: Received item promptly, loose in an envelope, with no wrapper. It was scratched, and would not take a charge. Contacted the seller, he advised they are new phones, that they remove the batteries from, and then sell the batteries as new. Refund was prompt.

I'm not sure what to think of this. The battery I received was obviously used. It has minor scratches all over with obvious damage to the corners where it had been dropped. The packaging was in excellent condition so there's no possibility that it was damaged in shipping.

So I decided to use it anyway, thinking that if it worked then who cares if it's scratched up. Sure enough, the battery doesn't hold a charge for even 1 day. It charged for a full night and lasted until about lunch time. I don't think a 3 hour battery was what I had in mind when I made this purchase.

It's obscene to think, I now have to pay to send this battery back to you in hopes that you'll actually send me a working battery.

You're obviously a thief.
