Summary: Love it!
Comment: I love this player. It didn't take long to master the buttons and it was easy to upload both music and videos. The only complaints I have is the earbuds it comes with doesn't give you the best sound. I had to upgrade to a better set in order to get excellent sound. My other complaint is about the screen. If the scene is well lit, then it shows perfectly, but if it is a dimly lit scene, you lose a whole lot of detail. I guess that's to be expected from such a small screen.

Comment: The walkman has all of the features I wanted and is easy to use and maintain. I arranged for next day delivery. Weather interfered with this and I received it within 2 days. Amazon refunded all shipping charges to rectify the late delivery. I was very pleased with the way this was handled.
