I had to send back for a new one. It was a hassle. Customer Rating: Summary: V-Cast 1/2 of a V-paK Comment: Nice because much cheaper than what verizon boxes up and sells for $50. The only problem is that the software driver CD is for WindowsXP and lower..not for Vista. But this can be easily remedied, as the drivers can be downloaded for free from the verizonwireless website.
