This is one of our richest chocolate layer cakes. The chocolate satin cake has two moist layers of dark chocolate cake that are filled and coated with rich chocolate fudge. The cake is then covered with a smooth satin chocolate ganache frosting and scroll border, and edged with chocolate cake crumbs. This cake makes the perfect after dinner dessert - great with coffee or raspberry liquor.
