I no longer have to worry about losing my Nike + sensor nor do I have to wear a pair of nike + shoes. They should sell this at the sporting goods store next to the Nike +. It was fairly cheap (compared to buying nike+ shoes). It is also accurate, which was one of my major concerns before buying it. I have fair that wanted one just to put on their shoe, and not even use the nike+ program. I thought that was kind of funny, but I'd have to say my only concern with it now is that it is slightly difficult taking the sensor out of the pouch to turn it off, which Im not sure if you have to do anyways.
