Summary: So-so
Comment: I have extremely thick, coarse hair. I have a hard time finding a flat iron that actually straightens my hair. This flat iron (when using on wet hair) works extremely well for about the first 10 minutes. Then it needs about 5 minutes to reheat, then works for 10 minutes and then needs another 5 minutes to reheat (and on and on the cycle continues). When it is fully heated, it straightens my hair so nicely. It's just that annoying reheating every 10 minutes.

Comment: For the money, this product is okay, I suppose. It doesn't seem to get very hot, even on the highest setting. It takes several passes to get a section straight enough to suit me. (I have wavy hair). The design is nice, and it's very lightweight, but I just wish it got a little hotter, so I didn't have to spend so much time on it.

Comment: The product is very good considering the price and the straightening capacity. The only disadvantage I found was that since the heating plates inside are not even,the heat styling sprays that we use stick onto the outer edges. This would require cleaning in between the process.
