Great for the price and really helps with back pain. You can sit on it at your desk or when you are watching TV. Customer Rating: Summary: Nice Massager. Inexpensive. Comment: I've had the massager for almost a year, and I especially enjoy using it in the winter with the heat turned on. It feels great on your back, and warms up my cold leather recliner. Recommended usage time is probably no more than 15-20 minutes. After using it, I have to remove it form the chair because it isn't comfortable sitting on it with it turned off.
