Comment: I didn't think I would like the raisin-almond flavor but was happily mistaken! I'm a big fan of soy, and I love most nutrition bars, so I may be easy to please. But I loved these! All the flavors I tried were good, but the raisin-almond is probably one of my favorites.

Summary: A Gluten Free Treat
Comment: All of the SOYJOY products are a great treat for anyone with Celiac problems. You must have a gluten free diet and these bars are as good a treat as you can have. They say that up to one in eleven people should be on a gluten free diet. The problems that gluten can cause vary from person to person. My mother and my wife both have to be on a gluten free diet. SOJOY came to both of them with SOYJOY.
I also have SOMEJOY to report. My order from Amazon.Com went missing and never arrived. Amazon.Com immediately addressed the problem and resent my order. If you want to be confident that you will be treated fairly when you purchase things online, be sure you consider dealing with Amazon.Com.

Summary: Nasty...worst bar ever
Comment: I got one of these bars for free in April while on a family vacation in San Francisco. We were at some Earth Day celebration and people were giving these bars away. There was no joy in tasting these Soyjoy bars.
YUK. I had to spit this out - I couldn't even swallow the first bite. I have tried all kinds of bars, and these were the nastiest things I've ever tasted. They were dry, hard, and the most bizarre texture and taste ever. And, they were loaded with fat and carbs. Lara bars are my one and only bar - they are made from 4-6 ingredients - all real food, and they taste good...because they're made from fruit, nuts, cocoa...not processed bizarre stuff. No, I don't work for Lara Bars, but they're the only bar that is good for you and tastes good.

Comment: Great snack on the go. Tastes like a big cookie that isn't sweet. Raisins and almonds can be seen and tasted in the bar. Not like some supplement bars that use powdered almonds or almond flavoring.

Comment: I would not say that this is the best bar I've ever had, but it has certain advantages and I believe it is not a bad choice for people who are looking to eat more soy products. The benefits are definitely there: low in sugar, low in sodium, high in fiber.
The taste is likely to satisfy those who are used to various soy dishes.
The texture is a little coarse but if you have a cup of tea with it, the taste is good.
