Summary: Great shield, takes a lot of impact, could be bigger though
Comment: Like the title says it's a good kick shield. My partner and I use it a lot, and we're able to deliver full force kicks, knees, and strikes to it without fear of injuring the person holding it. My only gripe is I wish it was larger. The straps are nice and adjustable also, to accomodate a really nice tight hold on it, and trust me, you'll need a tight grip when you have a 300+ pound guy punching and kicking the crap out of the thing!

Comment: Not very wide, put can obsorb lots of impact. Same quality as century with out the higher cost. overall I would recommend this bag to people of all belt levels.
