The percussion massager works fine and the long handle allows one to reach difficult areas on one's back. The infrared heat is not very intense and was a disappointment.

Comment: My husband and I both love the massager that our chiropracter has so I decided to buy one for him for his birthday. I couldn't get the exact massager so I settled for this one. I am very pleased with my purchase. It feels almost exactly like the one at the chiropracter's office. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's too heavy for me to use on my own back, stretching my arm up over my shoulder. Having said that, it's not really that heavy. My 4-year-old can massage my back for me. I just have weak triceps.
About the heat, my husband and I both agree that the heat is a nice addition. I read reviews that said you can't feel the heat. We feel it when the massager is moved slowly over the area. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Comment: I have been very disappointed with this product. I bought it to replace a lesser model that we had had for several years. I upgraded to this model expecting more power than before and have discovered that the massager seems to have less power than the less expensive model.

Comment: I purchased this item 2 months ago and I am so happy with it. It is working very well and I like that you can make it work faster or slower. I have difficulty using it to make massage to myself because it is very heavy. But my boyfriend is using to to massage me and I am using it to massage him. We both like it very much. I have not tried yet the heated but I think it will be perfect in winter time. Overall I find this product very good.
