Comment: this is what I'd been looking for - a primer for eye and lip makeup. Makes lipstick stay on, and helps it look like the color in the tube; for eyes, it brightens the lids and resurfaces in preparation for the color.

Comment: First of all there is nothing like this on the maketplace that I know of. It keeps your lipliner and lipstick in place and lasts all day, honestly! It works as an eye shadow primer and keeps the eye shadow where you put it. This is one of the cosmetics industry's best keep secret! It only takes a moment to put on. I highly recommend it! TRY IT!!
