Comment: I found this mat to be very thick and easy to roll up & store. When you stand on the mat, you cannot feel the hardness of the floor through the material. I can do a full 45 minute pilates or yoga session with no discomfort in my lower back, neck, or spine. The mat stays in place and does not slide during a difficult position. This is a great mat for beginners or intermediates.

i like the blue color.
It's not too sticky or too slippery so I have no problems moving around on it.
