Summary: Umm... They Are Vitamins
Comment: I did not want to run in to town for vitamins. So I looked on Amazon for the D vitamins that I buy. Low and behold they have them. The bottles bigger than I normally buy and contain more tablets.
I have seen a lot of research about the positive effects of taking vitamin D and I feel better when I take it, especially in the winter. I live in Wisconsin and we just do not get enough sun in the winter.
If you are interested in the positive effects of Vitamin D, I suggest you google it.
