Summary: Great sauce for fish or chicken!
Comment: This sauce makes it so easy to make fish and chicken taste so much more interesting. It is a unique blend of sweet and spicy (but not too spicy)! I usually saute fish in a little olive oil. When just about finished, I add a little of this sauce over the top and then turn the fish over for a minute or two. It is that easy!
I have given away many bottles of this sauce to friends and they end up loving it too...
