Comment: The foam roller is a great way to keep your muscles loose and your body feeling good. My roller came in great condition and is exactly what I ordered.

Summary: Align the spin
Comment: My husband has a lot of back pain as a result of playing rough sports his whole life. His physical therapist had him lay lengthwise on the foam roller with it in align with his spine. He had him roll from side to side (small motions) between shoulder blades to help relieve spinal pain. Then he had him lay with the roller so it's in alignment with his hips and sit up as he walked his feet forward and the roller rolled up his spine. This strengthens your core muscles while massaging your spine. This is a GREAT product! Make sure you get high density foam though or it will flatten.

Comment: My personal trainer recommended this foam roller to stretch out my t-band after running. Traditional stretches where not working for me. Since purchasing this product I have been pain fee.
