Comment: Awesome. The track titles are too cool. Hans is the mans! Kind of dark for everyday listening,but great "I'm on a mission" driving music. The price on this one spikes so be careful.

Summary: Nice sounding album
Comment: If you're a fan of Hans Zimmer and James Newton Howard then you'll enjoy this album. The movie was pretty good, but I was more interested in the music composed for the movie. Each one of these songs is heart throbbing, period. I think you will enjoy this album, particularly because of the design made by Zimmer and Howard. Another movie to compare to would be 'Black Hawk Down' by Zimmer. As usual, his soundtracks are some of the greatest. It seems these days that I listen to soundtracks more than typical music.
I often listen to artists like Andrea Bocelli and music by Zimmer, Howard, Isham, and Goldsmith (to name a few). I can't say enough about this album and am sure you will enjoy it. If you crank up the bass on your sub woofer, you'll experience an amazing throb of bass from the different songs.
You can also compare this album to Zimmer's 'Tears of the Sun', which by the way was also a great movie, including the soundtrack.

Comment: I didn't think this score would be fun on CD, after all there is not much of a theme to go with. But it is immense fun.

Comment: I couldn't possibly hope to write a review as eloquent as most of the others. I gather that I'm not the typical listener of music of this genre.
There's really not much I can say about this soundtrack. Its artistry is beyond what words can describe, but how "beautiful" and "magnificant" will suffice.
I've been a fan of Hans Zimmer since I bought the Gladiator soundtrack, on a whim. The pure enjoyment I've gotten out of the countless times I've listened to this CD, since I firt bought it, makes it probably my favorite of all of the CD's I own.
