Comment: I order about 10 boxes of St. Dalfour tea twice a year and Earl Grey is always part of the order. I particularly like this Earl Grey. It is not as pungent as other Earl Greys. It has a rather more spicy taste than sweet taste of other Earl Greys...a better afternoon tea than morning tea.

St. Dalfour's Certified Organic Earl Grey Tea is made from hand-picked, organic Ceylon tea. It is enhanced by "the all natural flavor or bergamot orange", which added interest and made my tea experience delightful. The orange flavor was subtle, not overwhelming at all. I left the tea bag in as I drank the tea (the whole time, much longer than recommended), which turns most teas bitter, but not this one.
St. Dalfour is a French firm that makes natural teas, including this organic tea. There is not a lot of information about them on their web site beyond the basics, but what is there looks good.
Earl Grey teas are one of my favorite black teas, so if you are a fan also, this tea is one not to miss. Note that black tea does contain caffeine.
Definitely recommended.

Summary: Pretty Good Tea
Comment: Was sitting at my desk, and got curious about the caffeine content of my cup of Earl Grey. St. Dalfour's organic take on this traditional tea is pretty good. It has a slightly peppery odor and a very smooth taste. I'll probably get another box when I run out of this one.
