Summary: I have this video and it's AWESOME!
Comment: This video is before the Kim Zmeskal/Shannon Miller era. You get to see all the great stuff from way beyond today's gymanstics standards. It shows Vera Caslavska back in the sixites, and Cathy Rigby in 1970. It focuses a lot on the 1970s with Olga and Nadia. It is so fun to watch the former style than today's aggresive, pounding athleticsm. It shows a lot of Mary Lou, Marcia Fredricks, Kathy Johnson, and all the 1980-84 great American gymnasts that inspired the 1990's gymnasts. I definitely recommend this video.
