Comment: LIKES: The multiple colorerd boards - makes it easy to get everything prepped and not have to clean a cutting board inbetween. It's also more sanitary as you only use green for veggies, red for meats, etc. so you don't have cross-contamination.
The flexibility - easy to roll and food slides easily into containers.
The price.
DISLIKES: After one week's use, I see knife marks. Makes me wonder how long these willl last.

Comment: These are basic plastic cutting mats - easy to store & easy to clean.
I had to replace my original flexible cutting boards, and the 4-for-3 deal and other reviewers' comments convinced me to choose this set.
We are quite happy with these cutting boards. They flex just fine for our cooking needs (and flex just like my old mats). We hand wash & store the mats on their sides with our skillets. I'm using 2 now & saving the rest for later (I don't follow the color coordinating food prep program - I just wash the mat I'm using or use the 2nd one if I prep raw food).
They took a little longer to ship from Amazon because they were back-ordered. Priced well, they were worth the wait.

Comment: I use these just about every time I cook... I put two of them together, to protect the counter, when I am preparing ribs for grilling. And I use them when just chopping vegetables. They do show some wear from the knives but overall, have held up well for $7. I've always hand washed them, never put them in the DW.. as I figured they're too thin/flimsy for that.

Comment: This was a gift for my husband , he has taken right to them and loves them. I'm pretty picky about my Kitchen Gear and hes even worse so for him to like them really says something :)

Comment: I wanted to wait until I had used these for awhile before reviewing them, based on the other reviews I had read. After more than 7 months I still like these as much as I did the day I got them. Our household sees less cooking than most..only a few days per week. We also do not use a dishwasher, but these are easy enough to hand wash. They live on the counter, between appliances and are out of the way, yet easy to grab. As another reviewer mentioned, I also use them to freeze items individually before packaging them up. I especially love that one board is designated for onion/garlic so that other foods do not pick up the aromas. Flexibility depends on what you were expecting. I can (using two hands) roll it up enough to put what I have chopped into the pan, but not into a funnel shape.
Bottom line - I am happy with these and will be buying more when these need replacing.
