Summary: WHAT?! I'm Confused!!!
Comment: While this is the same great Shamanic Princess animation, and the dub is alright i guess, the story on this tape........ >.< Argh! It feels like a huge rift between the last episode of the first tape and the first of the second tape. The second tape ends with the conflict resolved. 0_0 Huh? So what happens in the third then if the conflict was resolved? I'm confused. -.-

Summary: A Fairy Tale of the Finest Form
Comment: Shamantic Princess is an anime series that you don't want to miss. With stunning animation, a complicated yet involved plotline, wonderfully dedicated characters and a world in which I would love to live in this series is not soon forgotten.Tiara, a Shamantic Princess is obligated by honor, and duty to protect the Guardian World. Bright, enthusiastic and beautiful she is friends with Sara (another magic holder) and in love with Kagatsu, Sarah's brother. Unbeknownst to Tiara there are "kinks" in her perfect world. Sara seems to come down with a terrible malady, Kagatsu is besides's himself with worry and Lina another friend of Sarah's also seems strangely involved with the entire situation. As the story unforlds, loyalties will be tested, love will reveal itself and the strange mysteries and dangers of the Guardian World will show themself for what they truly are.
One of the most important elements of the Shamantic Princess series is the in depth nature of it's characters. We see Tiara who holds emense power and yet is only a spoiled child who must, through obstacles become a mature woman. We learn her nature and we cry and root for her as she comes into her own. This series is NOT to be overlooked. It is by far one of the most stunning and involved anime series you will ever see. Get lost within the mysticism of Shamantic Princess

Summary: Beyond a doubt, one of the best from '97.
Comment: At first glance of the tape cover it looks like any other anime. Pop it into your VCR or DVD player and get entertainment beyond all expectations. The animation is incredible. As you go through the series the characters look as if they are walking through paintings, and yet the characters themselves fit in perfectly. Tiara, a shamanic princess, has called upon a partner to assist her. From another world, will he be able to stand up to her expectations? And why is Kagatsu, friend of Tiara, stealing the Throne of Yord? For a fantastic story, art, music, and all-around fine viewing entertainment, the entire Shamanic Princess series is well worthwhile. A must for any anime fan or collector.

Summary: The Throne of Yord
Comment: Dear Reader, This is a great anime movie. I don't suggest it for people who like sissy anime, and are under the age of thirteen. The graphics in this are great. This story's plot is about a young girl named Tiara. She and her Russian accented partner, Japalo, must retrieve the Throne of Yord and bring it back. Tiara encounters some trouble though when she tries to get it back. The rest of the story really starts to get good and then ends. That is why I am going to purchase the second part. I love anime, and when I rent one that does not end in one movie and they don't have the second part I get angry. After a while I forget about it but this one just seems to get my attention. This is a must have.

Summary: Shamanic Princess is an exquisite piece of anime!
Comment: First off, the animation beautiful!! The themes and background music is wonderful and the story is amazing. The fight scenes in it are very well done. I highly reccomend this anime to any anime fan.
