Comment: I took Henry Cheeseman's Business Law class at USC and he is an amazing professor! His book shows it all. Out of all my textbooks in my undergraduate and graduate studies, this is by far the most easy/fun to read textbook, while explaining everything in detail with many case examples!
If you want to get a general idea of what exactly law and business law is, then this is the book to buy. After reading this book, my interest in law sparked! I am actually planning on reading through it one more time to refresh my memory!
