Summary: Not what it's cracked up to be
Comment: This weight loss plan got a lot of press in a popular magazine recently. I was looking for a carb cycling plan and this one seemed to fit my needs. However the book has too many inconsistencies and contradictions for such a specifically structured plan.

Wendy Chant is a trainer and nutrition coach and I can see with her personal guidance this plan would be great but the book is way to vague and leaves too many questions about whole food groups. The book desperately needs editing and revisions. I don't recommend this book as it is now.

Comment: Thank you Wendy for a well written guide to losing that stubborn fat!! I have panhypopituitarism (severe endocrine deficiencies)and although even with your plan I'm losing slowly, at least I'm losing! I am so happy to finally have found a plan that works for me, and I know what I can and can't have on which days! Absolutely love the two carb up days when I can have the things I love and look forward to them. I can't say thank you enough!

Comment: This book was recommended by a popular magazine and that's why I bought it. I found the diet similar to the low carb diet but with a lot more restrictions. The diet has a very strict regiman and you have to be committed to loosing weight before following it precisely.
