Northeast Bolivian Airways, re-organized and re-structure the opeartion in America,Caribbean and US. Also, NEBA has opened a US office and incorporated under Florida's corporation.
(PRWEB) August 30, 2005 -- Northeast Bolivian Airways “NEBA” After canceling
the sale of the 35% of the shares with Tri-Star Capital in 2003, NEBA went into
re-structure and re-organized selling in the 2004 the old fleet (one Convair
CV-440 passenger to Denmark airports and two Super Curtiss C-46F to Canadian
Company out of Kelowna).
Incorporating the Company in March the 2005
under US, Florida’s Corporation assigned document number P05000039255 as a
Charter Company. At the present, NEBA has incorporated the First Boeing
B-737-200 spec ting to add in the next 45 days two more airplanes for regional
and International operation. This operation will be conducted from South America
(Cochabamba, Santa Cruz) Caribbean(Haiti), USA (Miami, Florida) and Africa
(Equatorial, Guinea and Congo DR). In addition, NEBA is seeking for new
associates and partners for the International Charter operation.
