"The response to Southwest service in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia has been
phenomenal," said Gary Kelly, Southwest's Chief Executive Officer. "We are
thrilled to offer additional service in these cities to satisfy the high demand
for our low-fare service."
Southwest will add
eight daily nonstop flights this fall in Pittsburgh, bringing the daily total
nonstop departures to 19. Pittsburgh Customers can take advantage of the boost
in service between existing cities, as well as brand new nonstop service to
Tampa Bay and Phoenix. The airline also is adding two additional daily nonstop

city to 51. The new flights are:

2005:

"Our Pittsburgh Customers will now
have the opportunity to connect to the West Coast through our Phoenix
operation," Kelly said. "That, together with the increased service in our
existing city pairs, is a great indicator of Southwest's continued commitment to
grow."
Southwest is offering even lower fares
for these new markets. Fares start as low as $79 one-way between Pittsburgh and
Tampa Bay and as low as $99 one-way between Pittsburgh and
Phoenix.
