ITAR regulates the manufacture, export, import and transfer of defense articles and services.

Administered by
the Office of the Defense Trade Controls Compliance (DDTC), under authority
established by the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), ITAR regulates the
manufacture, export, import and transfer of defense articles and services.
