Greater Lumberton Business Association Names Barry Lefkowitz as President of Organization
Barry Lefkowitz to preside over newly formed Greater Lumberton Business Association
Lumberton, NJ (PRWEB) March 14, 2005 -- Barry E. Lefkowitz has been named as
President of the newly formed Greater Lumberton Business Association, Jamie
Morlock, Recording Secretary and Board Member of GLBA, Property Manager of Ark
Road Storage, announced today.
As President, Mr. Lefkowitz will oversee
and coordinate programs designed to provide information, networking, and
guidance to existing, as well as aspiring business owners in Lumberton, NJ. “The
GLBA has been formed to create an enhanced business climate in Lumberton
Township, NJ,” said Mr. Lefkowitz. “We will work to promote commercial
development in Lumberton, coordinate activities with the Township’s Economic
Development Committee, and cross-reference businesses amongst GLBA
members.”
The Greater Lumberton Business Association will be accepting
memberships from community businesses that touch Lumberton: Businesses in Mount
Holly, Hainesport, Medford, Mount Laurel, Easthampton, Southampton, and
Westampton. Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month and will be
hosted by a GLBA member. Card exchanges will take place and discounts will be
provided on a member-to-member basis.

Congressional processes, including “The Trademark Counterfeiting Act” (Federal
and State), “NAFTA Treaty I”, “OSHA”, “Clean Communities Act”, “The limousine
Safety Act”, and the “Real Interstate Driver Equity Act” (Federal).
He
has also facilitated the building of malls, relocated businesses, and procured
EDA funding for targeted economic development projects in local
municipalities.
