programming makes a difference," said Lauren Gold, Director of Organization,
Heineken. "This award has enabled us to stand out in our industry and to be used
as a tool to attract top talent. An additional bonus has been that the
Organization Development function has been recognized for our efforts in making
learning and development a high-impact and fun experience at Heineken
USA.”
Gold also added, "We look forward to participating in Corporate
University Week 2005 because the bar is being raised for us - and everyone.
Corporate University Week is one of the only ways to share best practices, think
out of the box, learn from the best and bring new practices back to our
companies."

identified as finalists and will be contacted in advance of the awards ceremony.
