Clearwater, Florida (PRWEB via PR Web
Direct) August 11, 2005 -- Fillthatjob.com announced today that it uses
artificial intelligence rather than the more commonly used key words or phrases
to match "Great people to Great Careers…Scientifically" as its company slogan
states.
Candidate, Career Opportunity, Match, Program (CCOMP) is a
proprietary system that acts as "The Employment Matchmaker." It analyzes 21 key
elements extracted from the combination of a profile and the resume of job
seekers. It then analyzes similar data extracted from job postings and corporate
profiles. CCOMP goes on to establish compatibility ratings for each job seeker
in relation to each job posted on the site. Every 24 hours CCOMP conducts a
compatibility search. Job seekers are alerted when a match of 90% or more is
discovered. "Most employees surveyed have indicated that a 90% compatibility
rating would improve the way they view going to work everyday," said Joe Webb,
fillthatjob.com's founder. "I find that the perfect employer/employee mix is
like a marriage, therefore, a true understanding of each partner prior to
commitment can prevent substantial turmoil down the road."
"We began our
business plan a year and a half ago," said Webb. "Six months into our plan we
were comfortable that we had sufficient data gathered from research as well as
surveys of the market, so we began programming. Nearly a year later we
introduced fillthatjob.com to the public. We’re absolutely thrilled with the
response to our service."
