2005 – Meeting the Leadership Challenge with Business NLP
PPI Business NLP announce their 2005 leadership master-class. This draws on best NLP practice to focus on a leader’s role to motivate and empower their business and the business community. Over a period of three days delegates will develop a 30-day leadership plan based on their own and organisation’s needs. Time will be given to explore vision, values, frameworks, and scenarios with practical solutions in a dedicated environment. Time frames, opportunities and challenges will also be considered.
London, England (PRWEB) January 13, 2005 -- Inspired Leaders need an ever
increasing range of skills and attitudes to maintain control over today’s
business environment. It‘s essential to master themselves, their teams, their
stakeholders and at times their industry. 2005 and ensuing years will provide
greater challenges and opportunities than in previous times and many tried and
tested ideas may be outdated or irrelevant. Revolutionary solutions may be
essential.
The Master Class is run for accomplished leaders, interested
in reviewing their own skill set and objectives, as well as for those who have
been thrust into a leadership role seeking a wider picture. The objective is to
enable participants to make a significant step change in leadership performance
based on their individual style within the context of their current or future
leadership role.
Neuro Linguistic Programming was introduced as a tool
for personal development 30 years ago. It is continually assessing and
developing frameworks for understanding attitudes, it models successful
performers and provides techniques for improving thought processes and
communications skills. Business NLP draws on these studies. Michael Beale,
Director and Founder of PPI Business NLP together with Peter Freeth, Director of
Communications in Action, a bespoke communications consultancy, are co-authors
of the leadership master-class which combines NLP with best business
practice.
“It’s tremendously empowering to be coached through a process
where you can genuinely explore your vision, values, stakeholders’ and team
wants in line with your own outcomes.” Says Michael Beale an enthusiast for
using NLP in business.
Peter Freeth adds “As many leaders have found
themselves thrust into key leadership situations, the personal and business
benefits of enabling them to clarify exactly what they want and how to achieve
it are immense.”
The leadership master-class is being held at the
Accenture training centre, Milton Keynes on the 16-18th March. Further
master-class seminars in leadership, sales, change management, presenting impact
and hypnotic influence can lead to Master Practitioner accreditation. PPI will
be running a Business Practitioner in the US in the fall of 2005.
