PASS IT ON! Campaign Begins With Free Download
The new CD release, "Rhythm Of Honor," has an official release date of September 1, 2005, but anyone may download a free version of one of the tracks now, for saving to an I-Pod or burning to a CD.
Hollywood, CA (PRWEB) July 29, 2005 -- Goodnight Kiss Records release "A
Soldier's Daughter" is being passed around the Internet with the artist's,
writers' and record company's blessing. From the CD, "Rhythm Of Honor," slated
for release September 1, 2005, the song is the story of a young girl discovering
her father from letters written during the war.
"From the beginning
concept of this project, I wanted to give a portion of each RHYTHM OF HONOR sale
to an organization that directly benefits an individual person in the Armed
Forces, rather than to a large agency where we might not make that much
difference by comparison." Says Janet Fisher, the CD's producer.
"Via
the DOD and VA websites, I found the Wounded Warriors Hospitals Fund, run
hands-on by Col. John Folsom. 95% of everything that goes to the WWH goes
directly to rehabilitation for the injured. I wrote to Colonel Folsom, and
received his blessings and encouragement to include them in this project."
Thanks to Brit Paul Saunders, PKS Media, Fisher was able to start the
'Pass It On' campaign, giving a free download of 'A Soldier's Daughter,' to
raise awareness for the CD and the Wounded Warriors Hospitals. "Every person who
passes it on to another really helps," says Saunders, "And it doesn't cost them
a thing."

"None of the people
who worked so hard on this CD wants war. We do, however, support every one of
our injured service persons and allies as worthy of help and tribute," says
Fisher."Please, pass it on."
