Clients using JUSTCHEX for online returned check processing can now click one button to issue a customer refund for improved customer service, elimination of operational confusion and maintenance of data integrity

today that it has added the functionality to let their clients issue customer
refunds. Responding to requests from clients the company added this option that
provides an efficient, one click resolution to the accounting and customer
service issues that arise when a check writer unexpectedly walks into a store
location and makes a payment for a bounced check.

Using this new option, if a payment

question to the account of the check writer. The entire transaction is
accomplished with a single click. That includes reporting the transaction to
update all affected reports including the real-time negative file.
The
ability to make refunds and refresh the related data for accuracy brings
improved user functionality without compromising data integrity. Clients that
