New Lead-Free Solderability/Wetting Balance and New Universal Grid CCD Alignment System to be Introduced at APEX, IPC Printed Circuits Expo
W.M. Hague Company will introduce the new Concoat Systems MUST II Plus Solderability/Wetting Balance Test system and the Nidec-Read PHE Non-Contact C4 Semiconductor Package Tester at the APEX, IPC Printed Circuits Expo February 22-24. In addition, W.M. Hague Company will also be showing Luther & Maelzer’s LM40 Flying Probe and introducing the OMA-2 automatic CCD alignment option for L&M’s LM400 50 mil Universal Grid Bare Board Test Systems.
(PRWEB) February 3, 2005 -- W.M. Hague Company will introduce the new Concoat
Systems MUST II Plus Solderability/Wetting Balance Test system and the
Nidec-Read PHE Non-Contact C4 Semiconductor Package Tester at the APEX, IPC
Printed Circuits Expo February 22-24. In addition, W.M. Hague Company will also
be showing Luther & Maelzer’s LM40 Flying Probe and introducing the OMA-2
automatic CCD alignment option for L&M’s LM400 50 mil Universal Grid Bare
Board Test Systems.
The MUST System II Plus is the latest technological
evolution of the Multicore Universal Solderability Tester (MUST) that
grandfathered all modern solderability test standards. The new MUST System II
Plus is ideal for today’s needs to evaluate the impact of lead free solders. The
MUST II Plus features globules capable of testing today’s smallest SMD
components, automatic component alignment, testing of multi-leaded components
and PCBs as well as immediate pass/fail information on completion of each test.
The MUST System II Plus complies with all internationally recognized standards
such as IPC/EIA/JEDEC J-STD-002B, IPC/EIA J-STD-003A, MIL-STD-883 Method 2022,
IEC 60068-2-54&20 and 60068-2-58&69, and EIA/JET-7401.
In
addition to the Concoat MUST System II Plus, the W.M. Hague Company will also be
introducing Nidec-Read’s new PHE Non-Contact C4 Semiconductor Package Tester.
The Nidec-Read PHE features a galvo-operated laser for die side open tests
coupled with conventional spring probe fixturing which accesses the BGA side for
shorts tests. The Nidec-Read PHE Non-Contact C4 Semiconductor Package Tester
also features CCD alignment, auto load/unload, and Nidec-Read’s ultra reliable
design which make this the system of choice for volume operations. W.M. Hague
Company will also be showing Nidec-Read’s R-580 low cost electrical tester for
semiconductor packages, flex and HDI PCBs. The R-580 system, when combined with
one of Nidec-Read’s low cost hand press fixtures, provides a very low cost
solution to challenging test situations.
Sales Engineers from W.M. Hague
Company will also be showing Luther & Maelzer’s LM40-6161 Probe, a versatile
flying probe tester for bare boards and flex panels. For the first time, the
OMA-2 automatic CCD alignment option for L&M’s LM400 50 mil Universal Grid
Bare Board Test Systems for today’s ultra dense, fine pitch circuit boards will
be shown. Luther & Maelzer will be exhibiting at APEX, IPC Printed Circuits
Expo in Exhibit 1497.
