G-Man Music Uses Dramatic Narration and Intimate Whispering in New Radio Commercial for NARIP's Event with Korn/Ferry and WTW Executives
Promoting a NARIP event with Korn/Ferry and WTW executives at Fordham University and airing on Live365 Internet stations, a radio commercial uses a song from The G-Man's ELECTRO BOP album and alternates between dramatic and intimate narration. The spot was created at G-Man Music & Radical Radio in Los Angeles.
(PRWEB) June 10, 2005 -- Some radio commercials seem to shout at you, but a
new radio spot from G-Man Music & Radical Radio features whispering for part
of the announcement.
The 60-second commercial for NARIP (National
Association of Record Industry Professionals) promotes a special event entitled
"Expanding Careers in a Shrinking Music Job Market," featuring human resources
experts Mark Dacey, Senior Client Partner of Korn/Ferry International's
Entertainment Media Practice, and Warren Wasp, President of WTW
Associates.
"This commercial alerts everyone in the music industry to big
opportunities in a market that seems to be getting smaller, so we thought of the
dramatic voice for the big part of the message and the whisper for the small
part," explains Brian Forest, VP at G-Man Music & Radical Radio.
"It
was fun to have the announcer go into an exaggerated whisper at just the right
points during the commercial," Scott G stated. "It grabs your attention because
it isn't done much in radio."
The commercial, entitled "Whisper," is
airing on Internet radio stations via Live365.com. "When the announcer, Johnny
Sonik, goes into his whisper, it really catches your ear, no matter where you
are when you're listening," Forest stated.
The NARIP event deals with
the current state of executive talent in the entertainment industry, strategies
for surviving corporate downsizing, and ways to maximize your value to your
employer.
