company is preparing for rapid growth by strengthening its management team and
expanding its facilities in Fremont, California. The expansion is due to growing
customer and partner demand for its integrated access devices (IAD) that enable

consulting firm covering the data networking and telecommunications industries,
estimates that North American voice over IP service revenue topped $1.3 billion
in 2004, and is expected to soar 1,431% to $19.9 billion by 2009.

has appointed Perry Teevens as its vice president of sales and business
development and Doug Cross as its vice president of hardware engineering. U4EA
has also recently recruited a number of engineers to its Fremont facility, to
meet growth for its products that support VoIP in multi-service networks.

hardware development, Doug’s experience in hardware design and manufacturing
will enable U4EA Technologies to better support OEM customers with competitive
products that meet the needs of today's carrier-class equipment vendors.
